Easter is tomorrow and everybody is so excited about egg hunts and special easter parties and treats and casseroles….but have you ever wondered what does this all mean. We’re getting excited about plastic eggs filled with dollar store candy? Kinda pointless right. Good thing easter doesn’t celebrate this it celebrates something much more worth while Jesus dying on the cross for our sins. God gave his only son Jesus Christ to die for our own sins. (Sins- an immoral act considered to be a transgression against divine law.) Which basically means all the wrongs things we’ve done. He has cleansed us of all our wrong doing when he died on the cross and that’s why we celebrate this joyous.
